I spent 24 years as a biopharma executive in leadership roles, contributing to the building and launching of biotech startup organizations while also leading national commercial teams within established companies. I was involved in shaping go-to-market strategy, recruiting and developing teams, and executing over 15 successful product launches.
What I found most meaningful throughout that journey was developing people and helping them grow into larger roles. Today, I focus on that work full-time as a Career Ownership Coach.
Texas has always been home. The last two decades in the Houston area. My wife and I recently celebrated 33 years of marriage, and we enjoy time with our three grandkids, volunteering, and the outdoors.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me fishing, watching college football, or leading a golf ball search party.
