I spent 24 years in leadership roles across Biotech sales, operations, and building national commercial teams in both startups and large organizations. During that time, the most fulfilling part of my work was always helping people grow. Now, I do that full-time as a Career Ownership Coach.
Texas has always been home, with the last two decades in the Houston area. My wife and I recently celebrated 30 years of marriage, and we enjoy time with our two grandkids, volunteering, and the outdoors.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me fishing, watching college football, or leading a golf ball search party.
